Sharon Dellorco
My background is in advertising and marketing. I spent over 10 years as an account executive (not the "sales" kind), being the liaison between the client and in-house creative team. My last client was CBS Network. The agency was in charge of all their print ads and my department included all specials, made-for-tv movies, late night, and one of the most exciting campaigns, the Olympics.
I loved my career and what I did...until...my son came along. Somehow, the allure of my career paled in comparison with my baby, and I started freelancing. I had a lot of contacts in the industry, which made it simple to segue into copy writing. I worked on entertainment campaigns, or sometimes I would write synopsis for scripts. My ex-husband is a freelance illustrator, so I worked alongside him as an account executive also.
I reside in the ever-perfect suburb of Westlake Village with my teenage son.
